Processing Time: All orders at Journey Jive Travels LIMITED will be processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends), with shipping taking approximately 7-12 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification containing all relevant tracking information.

Please ensure that all shipping information, including street address, apartment number, suite number, and phone number, is accurately entered during checkout. Any missing shipping information may result in delays, but our shipping department will contact you to rectify any missing details.

Shipping Times: Estimated delivery time ranges from 14-22 business days with DHL International Express Shipping Service. By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions when placing an order, you acknowledge that Journey Jive Travels LIMITED is not liable for any delivery delays.

Shipping Fees: Shipping prices vary based on estimated carrier prices and depend on the weight of the order:

  • US + CAN + AU: Orders under $500 start at $30 and may vary with weight.
  • CARIBBEAN & EU
  • HONG KONG SAR CHINA
  • INDONESIA
  • REST OF THE WORLD *Kindly note that all sale orders will include shipping costs; free shipping does not apply to any sale orders.

Duties: Customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient once the parcel reaches its destination country. Journey Jive Travels LIMITED has no control over these charges, as customs policies vary. For inquiries regarding taxes, duties, and regulations, please contact your local customs office.

Delivery Process: Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the progress of your order. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, with a signature required upon delivery. Orders cannot be redirected post-dispatch, and original shipping charges are non-refundable with re-delivery fees applicable.

Lost Goods: If your order is lost in transit, please follow the outlined steps in your tracking link, review delivery information, check for notifications, and inspect safe areas. If the parcel is still not found, contact our Customer Care Team promptly for assistance.

Damaged Goods: For damaged goods received, notify our Customer Care Team within 5 business days of delivery for assistance.
